Tom Okech is the Founder and Executive Director of Kilimo Corps Africa, where he is leading the development of a pan-African platform focused on youth-led innovation, agricultural systems strengthening, and practical capability building.
His background combines agricultural education, school leadership, youth development, community engagement, and applied field experience. Across his journey, he has worked in classrooms, farms, student support environments, public service, and volunteer leadership spaces, building a grounded understanding of the opportunities and barriers shaping Africa’s agricultural future.
Tom’s work is driven by a conviction that agricultural transformation requires more than ideas. It requires people, systems, institutions, and consistent implementation. Through Kilimo Corps Africa, he is helping shape an institution that connects training, deployment, partnerships, and innovation in ways that can create long-term value.
