Who we are

More than a training organization.

Kilimo Corps Africa is a youth-focused agricultural development institution connecting practical capability with enterprise, leadership and opportunity.

We train and deploy emerging agricultural leaders, support young people as they build enterprises, create useful knowledge and convene institutions around practical agricultural opportunity. Our work begins with learning, but it is designed to continue into action, contribution and growth.

Our story

Built from a conviction that knowledge must lead somewhere.

Kilimo Corps Africa grew from a simple observation: young people are regularly invited into agricultural training, yet too many are left without the relationships, enterprise capability and sustained support needed to convert learning into economic agency.

We are building the connective institution between agricultural knowledge and what a young person can do next—test an idea, contribute in a community, establish a venture, lead a project or help an institution deliver better outcomes.

The challenge

Africa’s emerging agricultural leaders need more than information. They need practical exposure, sound enterprise thinking, mentorship, market relationships and institutions prepared to keep building with them beyond a single activity.
